Breaking TV respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work is copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.
Trademarks
Subject to your compliance with the terms of the Digital Video Agreement (the "Agreement") and solely in connection with your distribution of content via Breaking TV (the "Program"), Breaking TV ("we" or "us") hereby grants you, for the Term and in the Territory (each as defined in the Agreement), a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (the "Limited License") to use the permitted trademarks and logos provided by us to you (those Breaking TV trademarks and logos, collectively, the "Breaking TV Marks"), subject to all usage requirements and solely in connection with the digital media promotion of the availability of your titles via Breaking TV.
You may not otherwise use any trademark, service mark, commercial symbol, or other proprietary right of Breaking TV, issue press releases or other publicity relating to us or refer to Breaking TV in any promotional materials without Breaking TV express prior written consent or otherwise misrepresent the nature of the relationship with Breaking TV in any way.
